Three Seat Types, One Seal Range
The seat is what decides whether a seal drops into a given pump cavity. The M74 ships in three standard seats, so a single stocked size covers most centrifugal pump geometries on the market - which is why MRO distributors can replace several legacy seal SKUs with one M74:
- G9 (DIN 24960) - the standard seat and most common European profile; about 70% of M74 orders ship with it.
- G4 - deeper-cavity profile for older European pump housings.

Faces lapped to ≤ 0.0009 mm flatness and verified optically. Multi-spring closing load batch-tested against a master gauge; O-ring durometer checked at incoming inspection.
