Production Details

Seal face lapping is the critical step. Qixing laps both faces to ≤ 0.0009 mm flatness (≤ 3 helium light bands), verified on a monochromatic flatness tester — the key to long Z1 mechanical seal service life.

Materials are sourced and qualified in-house: 99% Al₂O₃ ceramic, pressureless-sintered SSiC, cobalt-bonded YG6/YG8 tungsten carbide, and resin-impregnated carbon graphite. Bellows use peroxide-cured NBR, EPDM or FKM matched to the customer's media.
